Tips

To protect your joints, focus on landing softly on the balls of your feet, absorbing the impact with your legs. Actively engage your core muscles throughout the exercise to stabilize your spine and improve power transfer. As you reach for your foot, consciously resist the urge to round your back; instead, focus on maintaining a straight line from your head to your heels. Strive for a smooth, flowing motion as you alternate sides, avoiding jerky movements that can disrupt your balance. Keep your torso upright throughout the exercise, preventing excessive leaning or arching, which can strain your lower back.
