How to perform

Start with feet together, knees soft, weight on midfoot. Arms extended forward, palms facing. Brace core. Jump feet wide, wider than shoulder-width, sweeping arms out to the sides into a 'T' position. Land softly on the balls of your feet, bending knees to absorb impact. Immediately hop feet back to the starting position, sweeping arms forward. Maintain posture, chest up, core engaged, gaze forward. Coordinate arm and leg movement; prioritize soft landings.
