Anterior Delts
Secondary: Lower Traps

Tips

To prevent shoulder tension, actively keep your shoulders relaxed and down throughout the exercise, avoiding shrugging. Focus on squeezing your shoulder blades together as you swing your arms out to the sides, which helps activate your back muscles and improve posture. Maintain a tall and stable posture by engaging your core and keeping your chest lifted, preventing excessive arching or rounding of the back. Strive for a smooth, flowing motion, avoiding jerky movements to ensure consistent muscle engagement and reduce the risk of injury. Engage your core muscles throughout the exercise to stabilize your spine and improve overall control.
