This TRX exercise is a fantastic tool for building strength in your biceps while also challenging your core stability. To perform it, pull your chest towards your hands by flexing at your elbows and lifting your forearms. Focus on fully contracting your biceps at the peak of the movement to maximize muscle recruitment. Lower your arms with control, maintaining a rigid core and stable posture throughout.
Double-check that your TRX handles are firmly attached before starting. To really target your biceps, actively push your upper arms towards your ribs. Maintain a straight line from your shoulders all the way down to your heels to safeguard your lower back. Adjust the difficulty by moving your feet closer to or further from the anchor point. Don't forget to breathe—exhale as you curl up and inhale as you release. Fully contract your biceps at the highest point of each repetition.
