Tips

Focus on drawing your shoulders down and away from your ears to prevent upper trap tension and promote a more stable shoulder joint. Keep your elbows tucked in towards your body throughout the movement to protect your shoulder joints and engage your back muscles more effectively. Actively brace your core muscles to stabilize your spine and prevent excessive arching or rounding of your back. It's normal to feel some shake, especially with higher reps; focus on controlling the movement and resisting momentum rather than trying to eliminate the shake entirely. Lift your chest towards the ceiling to open up your chest and shoulders, and maintain a neutral spine throughout the exercise.
