How to perform

This landmine press variation targets your shoulders and triceps. Position yourself facing the loaded end of the barbell in a staggered stance, gripping the sleeve securely. Pull the weight upwards, bending your elbow to a 90-degree angle, then lower it with control.

Muscles Worked

Latissimus Dorsi
Secondary: Biceps, Traps

Tips

Choose a weight that allows for at least 10 repetitions while maintaining good form. A staggered stance enhances stability and balance during the exercise. Tighten your core muscles to support your lower back. A false grip can reduce bicep involvement. Perform each repetition slowly and deliberately, avoiding any swinging motion.
