How to perform

Position two kettlebells or dumbbells apart, establishing a comfortable grip for a push-up position. Securely grasp the weights, extend your legs, and maintain a straight body line from wrists to shoulders, engaging your glutes for stability. Alternately row each kettlebell, shifting your weight to isolate one arm and pulling until your elbow aligns with your torso.

Tips

Use hexagonal dumbbells to prevent rolling and enhance stability. Shift your weight towards the supporting arm to allow for a full range of motion during the row. Maintain a stable body throughout the exercise to avoid unnecessary strain. Focus on squeezing your shoulder blades together during the rowing motion. Breathe consistently, exhaling as you pull the kettlebell towards your chest.
