How to perform

Sit on the Captain’s Chair, back against the backrest. Grip handles for stability. Legs hang freely. Engage your core. Slowly lift knees towards chest, controlled. Pause at the top, contracting abs. Lower legs slowly, without swinging. Repeat.

Tips
