Handstand hold

ShouldersAbs
🔧 no equipment ⏱ sec Difficulty:

How to perform

Stand facing a wall. Place hands shoulder-width apart, 6-12 inches from the wall. Kick legs up to the wall, achieving an inverted position. Engage core and glutes, maintaining a straight line. Head neutral, looking between hands. Hold, focusing on balance. Lower legs gently to exit.

Tips

Ensure a firm hand placement for stability. Engage your core to prevent back arching. Keep elbows slightly bent. Practice near a wall initially. Breathe steadily. Gradually increase hold time.
