How to perform

From a freestanding handstand, shift the weight over one hand and lighten the other until it leaves the floor. Hold the body vertical over the supporting arm, controlling balance through the fingers. Return the second hand to land.

Tips

Straddle the legs to make balancing easier. Correct with the fingers, not the shoulder. Expect long practice — build from weight shifts in a handstand.
