How to perform

Attach a rope handle to a high pulley cable. Stand facing the machine, feet shoulder-width apart. Grip the rope, palms facing each other, at chest level. Keep elbows close to your body, bent at 90 degrees. Engage your core, slightly bend your knees. Extend your elbows to fully extend your arms, pushing the rope down. At the bottom, slightly separate the rope ends for triceps contraction. Slowly return to the starting position, maintaining triceps tension. Repeat.
