How to perform

Attach a bar to a high cable pulley. Stand facing the machine, feet shoulder-width apart. Grasp the bar with an underhand grip, palms up, hands shoulder-width apart. Keep elbows close to your sides, knees slightly bent. Start with forearms parallel to the floor, leaning slightly forward. Exhale, extend elbows to fully extend arms. Inhale, slowly return to start, maintaining tension. Repeat.
