How to perform

Engage your core, keep elbows pinned to your sides. Extend your arms fully, pushing the rope down. Pull the rope apart at the bottom to maximize muscle contraction. Pause, then slowly return to the starting position, maintaining elbow stability.

Muscles Worked

Triceps
Secondary: Flexors, Abs

Tips

To maintain proper form, focus on keeping your elbows tucked tightly against your ribs throughout the entire exercise, preventing them from drifting outwards. As you reach the bottom of the movement, actively spread your hands apart to fully engage your triceps and maximize the contraction in your upper arms. Consciously squeeze your triceps muscles at the bottom of the movement to ensure you're targeting the correct muscle group and achieving optimal results. Avoid any swinging or momentum; focus on controlled movements to isolate the triceps and prevent injury.
