Tips

To ensure stability and proper form, focus on keeping your body rigid throughout the entire exercise, preventing any excessive rocking or swaying. Maintain a consistent 45-degree angle with your elbows during the lowering and pressing phases to target the chest muscles effectively and avoid shoulder strain. Actively brace your core throughout the movement to stabilize your spine and prevent lower back discomfort, which will also help maintain that straight line from head to heels. Distribute the pressing force evenly through your palms to avoid imbalances and ensure a balanced muscle engagement. Keep your neck neutral and avoid straining it by looking up or down; focus on a spot directly in front of you.
