Tips

Maintain an upright chest throughout the movement to prevent rounding of the shoulders and ensure proper engagement of the back muscles. Focus on maintaining a neutral spine throughout the entire exercise, avoiding arching or rounding of your lower back to protect your spinal health. Actively drive your elbows back towards your sides during the pulling phase, which is the primary driver of the movement and targets the upper back muscles effectively. At the peak contraction, consciously squeeze your shoulder blades together to maximize muscle engagement and achieve a full range of motion.
