How to perform

Deadlift dumbbells by extending hips and knees, pushing through your heels to stand tall with a braced core. Maintain an upright posture, pulling shoulders back and down, with arms hanging straight. Walk forward with short, controlled steps, keeping your core engaged and gaze ahead. Lower the dumbbells by hinging at the hips and bending your knees, placing them on the floor.

Tips

Grip the dumbbells firmly to ensure a secure hold and prevent the weights from shifting during the exercise. Engage your core muscles throughout the entire movement to stabilize your spine and transfer power efficiently. Actively pull your shoulders back and down to prevent rounding and maintain a strong, upright posture. Take short, controlled steps to minimize momentum and maximize stability while walking. Keep your eyes focused forward to maintain balance and proper spinal alignment. Consciously stay tall throughout the exercise by resisting the urge to slump or hunch over, which can compromise your form and increase the risk of injury.
