Tips

Grip the kettlebells firmly to ensure a secure hold and prevent the weights from twisting in your hands during the movement. Actively depress your ribs and engage your abdominal muscles to create a stable base and prevent excessive arching in your lower back. Take short, controlled steps to maintain balance and minimize unnecessary movement, focusing on driving through your glutes and hamstrings. Keep your spine tall and elongated throughout the exercise, avoiding rounding or hunching to protect your posture and maximize power. Gently pull your shoulder blades back and down to create a strong upper back and prevent your shoulders from creeping forward.
