Tips

Maintain a proud chest position to encourage proper spinal alignment and prevent rounding of the shoulders. Keep your core braced throughout the exercise to stabilize your trunk and prevent excessive movement. Ensure your knees track directly over your toes during the lift to avoid unnecessary stress on your joints and maximize muscle engagement. Resist any torso sway by focusing on keeping your shoulders over your hips, which will help maintain balance and engage your core effectively.
