Tips

Brace your core muscles firmly to stabilize your torso and protect your lower back throughout the exercise. Stand tall, engaging your glutes and chest to maintain a proud posture and prevent rounding of the shoulders. Ensure your knees track directly over your toes during the lift to avoid unnecessary stress on your joints and promote efficient movement. Avoid leaning to either side; focus on keeping your weight centered over your standing leg for optimal balance and stability. Control the upward movement of your knee, resisting gravity to build strength and prevent momentum from taking over. Keep your shoulders squared and relaxed to prevent unnecessary tension and maintain a balanced upper body.
