Tips

Keep your shoulders level to prevent unnecessary strain and ensure balanced movement throughout the exercise. Brace your core muscles firmly to stabilize your torso and protect your lower back, preventing excessive rotation. March forward with a controlled tempo, focusing on deliberate movements rather than rushing through the repetitions. Actively resist the urge to lean forward from your hips, maintaining a straight line from your head to your heels. Focus your eyes on a fixed point in front of you to help maintain proper posture and balance during the marching motion.
