Tips

Focus on driving the weight through your chest muscles to ensure you're engaging the correct muscle groups and avoiding shoulder strain. Keep your elbows tucked in close to your body throughout the movement to protect your shoulder joints and maximize chest activation. Actively brace your core and resist any twisting or rotation of your torso to maintain stability and proper form. Consciously depress your shoulders down and back to create a stable base and prevent rounding of the upper back. Plant your feet firmly on the ground, maintaining a balanced and stable stance to transfer power effectively and avoid unnecessary movement.
