How to perform

Maintain a relaxed upper body and keep your elbows pinned near your sides as you perform this curl. As you exhale, lift the kettlebell, focusing on contracting your biceps until your forearms are level. At the highest point, squeeze your biceps strongly, then slowly lower the weight back to the starting position while inhaling, ensuring full arm extension.

Tips

Keep your elbows close to your body to avoid using momentum and truly engage your biceps. At the top of the movement, actively squeeze your biceps to maximize muscle contraction. Lower the kettlebell deliberately, resisting the downward pull to keep constant tension on your biceps. Secure a solid grip on the kettlebell for stability. Avoid shrugging your shoulders; instead, consciously keep them relaxed and pulled down.
