Extend your wrist, allowing the kettlebell handle to roll into your fingers for a deep stretch. Curl your wrist upward, squeezing hard at the top. Lower the kettlebell with control.
To effectively isolate your wrist, focus on keeping your forearm stable and planted firmly against your thigh or another stable surface, preventing any unwanted movement. Ensure you achieve a full stretch at the bottom of the movement, feeling the elongation in your forearm muscles, and then powerfully curl your wrist upward, squeezing the handle tightly to engage the forearm flexors. Maintaining this focused contraction at the peak of the movement maximizes the effectiveness of the exercise and helps build strength in the wrist and forearm.
