Muscle outlines from Body Muscles by Ivan Vulović, Apache 2.0 — regrouped and recoloured for Muscle Train.
Grip handles, palms up. Extend wrists downward, then flex them upward, squeezing forearms. Pause briefly at the top, then slowly lower to the starting position.
To maintain proper form, keep your forearms perpendicular to the floor throughout the entire exercise, preventing any shoulder or elbow involvement. Focus solely on wrist movement to effectively isolate the wrist flexors and extensors, avoiding any unnecessary body movement. At the peak of the wrist flexion, consciously squeeze your forearm muscles to maximize contraction and engagement. Control the lowering phase to maintain tension and prevent momentum, ensuring a full range of motion and optimal muscle activation.
