Tips

Ensure your front knee tracks over your toes to protect your knee joint and maintain proper alignment throughout the movement. Keep your torso upright and avoid leaning forward or backward, engaging your core to stabilize your body. Actively brace your core muscles throughout the entire exercise to protect your lower back and enhance stability. Focus on driving through your front heel to powerfully return to the starting position, fully extending your leg.
