Tips

Focus on powerfully driving through the front heel to initiate the upward movement and fully extend your legs, engaging your glutes. Ensure your knees track directly over your toes throughout the movement to prevent ankle or knee strain and maintain proper alignment. Engage your core muscles and keep your chest lifted to maintain a stable and upright torso, preventing excessive forward lean. A wider step back can enhance stability, especially when starting, but maintain a controlled movement. Avoid leaning forward at the hips, as this shifts your weight and can compromise your balance and lower back.
