Tips

To maintain stability, actively minimize any swaying of your hips, ensuring they remain aligned throughout the movement. Engage your core muscles tightly, as if bracing for a punch, to stabilize your spine and prevent lower back arching. Position your hands directly beneath your shoulders to promote proper shoulder alignment and reduce the risk of injury. Squeeze your glutes firmly to create a stable base and prevent excessive lower back movement. Maintain a rigid body posture, preventing any sagging or excessive bending at the hips or knees, to maximize core engagement and control.
