Tips

To minimize impact, focus on landing softly on the ball of your foot, absorbing the force with your leg muscles. Engage your core throughout the exercise to stabilize your torso and maintain proper form, preventing excessive twisting or swaying. Actively drive your hips laterally during each jump to generate power and ensure a full range of motion. Ensure your knees track directly over your toes during the jump and landing to avoid ankle or knee strain and promote efficient movement. Use a controlled arm swing across your body to generate momentum and assist with balance during the lateral leaps.
