Lower your chest to the floor, bending your elbows while maintaining a straight line. Push back up to a plank. Lift hips toward the ceiling, extending legs to form an inverted V. Lower hips back to the plank, controlling the movement. Repeat.
Brace your core muscles throughout the entire exercise to stabilize your torso and prevent excessive arching or sagging. Avoid letting your hips sag towards the floor during the push-up phase, as this reduces the effectiveness of the exercise and can strain your lower back; actively engage your glutes to maintain a neutral pelvic position. Keep your legs straight and focus on pushing your hips upwards to create a distinct inverted V shape, ensuring proper engagement of your hamstrings and glutes. Position your elbows at a 45-degree angle from your body during the push-up phase to protect your shoulder joints and promote a more controlled movement.
