Handstand walk

ShouldersAbs
🔧 no equipment ↕ Push 🔁 reps Difficulty:

How to perform

Place your hands on the ground just outside shoulder-width apart with your feet down and knees slightly bent. Jump your feet overhead to enter the handstand, adjusting your hands as needed to find your balance. Brace your core by breathing into your stomach and flexing your abs while keeping a slightly extended back. Move forward by keeping your legs together, leaning them slightly forward, and walking your hands underneath them. Keep your hips stacked over your head to prevent your legs from leaning too far forward as you walk the target distance.

Tips

Keep your head in a neutral line instead of sticking it out to avoid closing your shoulder angle and trapping your hips Press straight down into the floor rather than pushing the ground away from you to initiate the walk Push your armpits toward your starting wall to keep your hips stacked directly over your hands Avoid walking with your hands too far ahead of your hips to maintain a stable vertical alignment Position your hands directly under your shoulders rather than too wide to minimize unnecessary sideways weight shifting
