How to perform

Stand tall, feet hip-width apart, core engaged. Step back with one leg into a reverse lunge, lowering your back knee towards the floor until your front thigh is parallel to the ground. Maintain an upright torso. Drive powerfully through your front heel to engage the glutes. As you rise, sweep your back leg forward, driving the knee up towards your chest. Hold briefly at the top. Return to the starting position and repeat.
