How to perform

Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a barbell with a reverse grip at shoulder width. Slightly bend knees and hinge at the hips, lowering your torso almost parallel to the floor, maintaining a straight back. Engage your core, keeping your head aligned with your spine. Pull the barbell towards your lower ribcage, squeezing shoulder blades. Lower the barbell with control. Repeat.

Tips

Maintain a straight back. Keep elbows close to your body for lat engagement. Squeeze shoulder blades at the top of each rep. Maintain a slight bend in knees for stability. Use a weight allowing proper form.
