How to perform

Grip a pull-up bar with an overhand grip, shoulder-width apart. Hang with arms extended, legs straight. Engage your core and lift knees to chest. Twist your torso to one side. Pause, contracting muscles. Lower legs slowly. Alternate sides with each rep.

Maintain a firm grip. Control movements to maximize muscle engagement. Exhale during knee lift, inhale during lowering. Engage your core. Start with fewer reps and gradually increase. Avoid swinging; focus on slow, deliberate motion.
