How to perform

Attach a rope handle to a high pulley. Stand facing away, grasp the rope, and create tension. Feet shoulder-width apart, lean slightly forward. Extend arms overhead, elbows close to head, core engaged. Slowly lower the rope behind your head, bending at the elbows, keeping upper arms still. Pause when forearms are parallel to the floor. Extend arms back to the start, contracting triceps. Repeat.
