How to perform

Adjust the incline bench to a moderate angle, ensuring your back remains pressed against the surface. Begin by holding a dumbbell in each hand, with your palms facing inward. From this starting position, lower the weights towards the floor by bending your elbows, focusing on keeping your upper arms stable. Then, powerfully push the dumbbells back up to the initial extended position.

Tips

Focus on a deliberate and regulated pace throughout the movement. Direct your elbows forward during the exercise to promote proper form. Actively contract your triceps muscles to drive the upward motion, minimizing any swinging or jerking. Begin with a manageable weight to master the technique. Keep both your head and back in contact with the bench at all times. Breathe out as you press the weights up and inhale as you lower them.
