Bench Dip

Level 1

Hands on a bench behind you, feet on the floor. The easiest dip variation.

Feet Assisted Dip

Level 2

Use your feet on the ground to assist with parallel bar dips.

Negative Dip

Level 3

Jump to the top of the dip bars and lower as slowly as possible.

Band Assisted Dip

Level 3

Use a resistance band looped under your knees to reduce load.

Parallel Bar Dip

Level 4

Full dip on parallel bars from straight arms to 90 degrees.

Weighted Dip

Level 6

Add weight via a dip belt or dumbbell.

Ring Dip

Level 7

Dips on gymnastic rings for instability and deeper ROM.

Korean Dip

Level 8

Lean forward on parallel bars and dip behind them. Shoulder-centric.

Straight Bar Dip

Level 9

Dips on a straight bar (hand placement like a push-up).
