Tips

Keep your palms facing you throughout the entire movement to ensure proper muscle engagement and prevent wrist strain. Maintain a 45-degree angle at your elbows to protect your shoulder joints and maximize chest activation, avoiding flaring them outwards. Focus on squeezing your chest muscles at the top of the movement to fully contract and engage the pectoral muscles. Control the dumbbells as you lower them back to the starting position, resisting gravity to build strength and stability. Drive your feet firmly into the floor throughout the exercise to create a stable base and engage your core for better balance and power.
