Tips

Focus on pushing your hands towards the ceiling to maximize shoulder engagement and ensure a full range of motion. Maintain a 45-degree angle at your elbows throughout the movement to protect your shoulder joints and promote stability. Consciously depress your shoulders away from your ears to prevent upper trap tension and maintain proper posture. Keep your core engaged throughout the entire exercise to stabilize your spine and prevent lower back discomfort. Ensure your wrists remain straight and aligned with your forearms to avoid strain and maximize power transfer.
