Tips

To maximize power, drive your knees explosively upward towards your chest with each jump, engaging your hip flexors. Maintain a low hip position throughout the exercise to prevent excessive arching in your lower back and ensure stability. Keep your core consistently engaged to protect your spine and transfer power efficiently between your upper and lower body. Focus on landing softly on the balls of your feet to absorb impact and reduce stress on your joints. Keep your shoulders stable and centered to maintain balance and prevent unnecessary twisting during the rapid leg alternations.
