Engage your core and take a deep breath in. Then, powerfully push the kettlebells upwards, straightening your arms. At the peak of the movement, contract your chest muscles, but avoid fully locking out your elbows. As you exhale, slowly lower the kettlebells back towards your chest, maintaining control.
Keep a roughly 45-degree angle between your upper arms and your body to safeguard your shoulders and maximize chest activation. Focus on drawing your shoulder blades together and downward during the exercise for better back stability and posture. Plant your feet firmly and push through your heels to generate force and stay balanced. Ensure your wrists remain straight throughout the entire motion to avoid discomfort and optimize power. Imagine guiding the kettlebells along a slight curve, concentrating on the feeling of your chest muscles working.
