How to perform

Position yourself on an incline bench with dumbbells resting on your hips. Press the weights upward until your arms are fully extended, then slowly lower them until your forearms are parallel to the floor. Return to the initial position, keeping the dumbbells close to your chest.

Tips

Avoid locking out your elbows to safeguard your joints. Engage your core and retract your shoulder blades for a stable base. Maintain a secure grip on the dumbbells during the entire exercise. Press upward, focusing on pushing away from the weights for better control. Keep your feet firmly planted on the floor.
