Brace your core and keep your torso upright. Press kettlebells overhead, fully extending your arms. Drive biceps toward your ears, keeping elbows under wrists. Pause at the top, then inhale and lower the kettlebells to the rack position, controlling the movement. Repeat, avoiding back arching.
Pack your shoulders down and back to create a stable base for the movement and prevent shoulder shrugging. Actively drive through your elbows as you press the kettlebells overhead, focusing on engaging your triceps and upper back muscles. Maintain a neutral spine throughout the entire exercise, preventing any excessive rounding or arching of your lower back. Ensure your wrists are stacked directly over your elbows to minimize strain and promote proper weight distribution. Keep your core tight throughout the movement to stabilize your torso and prevent unwanted swaying or leaning. Avoid leaning backward during the press, as this shifts the weight and can compromise your form and increase the risk of injury.
