Press kettlebells overhead, rotating wrists outward. Extend arms fully, palms forward. Engage your core at the top. Lower slowly, rotating wrists inward. Return to start, palms facing body. Pause briefly.
Rotate your wrists smoothly throughout the movement to ensure a full range of motion and prevent wrist strain, focusing on a fluid transition between outward and inward rotation. Keep your elbows forward to prevent shoulder impingement and maintain a more stable pressing position, avoiding letting them drift backward. Brace your core tightly to stabilize your torso and prevent excessive arching in your lower back, which will improve power transfer and protect your spine. Avoid arching your back by maintaining a neutral spine and engaging your abdominal muscles to support your lower back throughout the exercise. Press the kettlebells straight upward, focusing on driving through your shoulders and maintaining a consistent path of motion to maximize effectiveness and prevent injury.
