Lower kettlebells towards your upper chest by bending elbows outward, feeling a triceps stretch. Press kettlebells back to the starting position by fully extending your elbows and squeezing your triceps. Maintain control throughout the movement.
To maximize triceps engagement, flare your elbows outward during the lowering phase, creating a wider angle at your elbows. Focus on squeezing your triceps muscles forcefully at the top of the movement to fully extend your arms and achieve maximum contraction. Keep your wrists in a neutral position to prevent strain and ensure proper force transmission. Actively depress your shoulders and pull them back to maintain upper back stability and prevent shrugging, which can shift the focus away from the triceps.
