Tips

To maximize oblique engagement, initiate the twist from your obliques, rather than just rotating your arms. Keep your chest lifted throughout the exercise to prevent rounding of the upper back and promote a more complete torso rotation. Focus your eyes on a fixed point in front of you to help stabilize your head and neck during the twisting motion. Actively tighten your core muscles to stabilize your spine and prevent excessive movement. Perform the exercise with a slow, controlled speed to ensure proper form and maximize muscle activation, avoiding any jerky or rushed movements.
