Tips

Focus on driving through your heel to generate power for the forward hop, ensuring a strong push-off. Make sure your knees track directly over your toes throughout the movement to prevent injury and maintain balance. Engage your core muscles to stabilize your torso and improve power transfer during the hop. Aim to land as quietly as possible, demonstrating controlled impact absorption through your legs and hips. Coordinate your arm swing by moving them in the opposite direction of your stepping leg to enhance momentum and balance.
