Engage your core, lean forward, and create tension in the straps. Lower your body by bending your elbows until your hands reach your forehead. Keep elbows tucked and stationary. Extend your elbows to return to the starting position, squeezing your triceps at the top.
To maintain proper form, keep your elbows tucked close to your body throughout the exercise, preventing them from flaring out and reducing triceps activation. Maintain a rigid, plank-like body position from head to heels to avoid excessive arching or rounding of the back, which can compromise core stability. Focus solely on bending and extending at your elbows, avoiding any movement in your shoulders or upper body to isolate the triceps muscle. Actively engage your core muscles throughout the entire movement to stabilize your torso and prevent lower back strain.
