How to perform

Lower your back knee to the floor, front thigh parallel. Pulse up and down while maintaining an upright torso and strap tension. Drive through your front heel to return to the starting position.

Muscles Worked

Glute Max
Secondary: Biceps Femoris, Rectus Abdominis, Adductor Magnus, Gastrocnemius

Tips

Keep your chest lifted throughout the exercise to engage your core and prevent rounding of the back, which will help maintain stability. Use a light grip on the handles to avoid upper body tension and focus on the leg muscles doing the work. Ensure your knee tracks directly over your toes during the movement to promote proper alignment and reduce the risk of injury. Actively drive through your front heel to power the return to the starting position and maximize the effectiveness of the exercise.
