Muscles Worked

Glute MaxBiceps Femoris
Secondary: Iliopsoas, Gastrocnemius, Adductor Magnus, Rectus Abdominis

Tips

Maintain a vertical torso throughout the exercise to engage your core and prevent excessive back arching. Focus on driving through the front heel to ensure proper force distribution and avoid knee instability. Control the pulsing motion, avoiding bouncing or momentum to maximize muscle engagement and reduce joint stress. Ensure your front knee tracks directly over your toes during the movement to promote alignment and minimize the risk of injury.
