How to perform

This exercise utilizes a landmine setup to deliver a unique arm press. Position yourself with your feet shoulder-width apart, gripping the barbell securely with one hand, palm facing towards you. From this starting point, drive the weight upward, straightening your arm completely while preventing your elbow from hyperextending. Return the barbell to the initial position under control, then switch to the other arm to repeat.

Tips

Focus on keeping your back straight and avoid leaning backward. Actively brace your abdominal muscles throughout the movement. Breathe out as you push the weight upwards and breathe in as you lower it. Begin with a manageable weight to ensure proper form. Ensure your wrist remains in a straight line to prevent strain. Perform each repetition deliberately to maximize muscle activation.
